Refund Policy

Cancel Anytime
All LFG.Vegas memberships are recurring subscriptions you can cancel at any time through the billing portal linked from your account page. Canceling stops all future charges immediately, and you keep full access through the end of the period you already paid for.
Partial Periods
Because our product is information that is delivered immediately upon access, we do not issue prorated refunds for unused time in a billing period that has already started — weekly, monthly, or annual.
Billing Errors & Duplicates
If you were charged in error — a duplicate charge, a charge after you canceled, or a plan you did not select — contact us and we will refund it in full once verified.
How to Reach Us
Email support@lfg.vegas from the address on your account with the charge date and amount. We respond to billing issues within 2 business days. Refunds, when issued, are returned to the original payment method by Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days.
