1. What LFG.Vegas Is

LFG.Vegas provides sports betting information, analysis, consensus data, and opinions for informational and entertainment purposes only. We are not a sportsbook, casino, or gambling operator. We do not accept, place, or facilitate wagers of any kind, and no money is ever wagered on our platform.

2. No Guarantee of Results

Sports outcomes are inherently uncertain. Our published picks, composite scores, and analysis reflect data and opinion — not a promise of profit. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for any wagering decisions you make and for any losses you incur. Never bet more than you can afford to lose.

3. Eligibility

You must be of legal age to view sports wagering information in your jurisdiction (21+ in most U.S. states) and you are responsible for complying with all laws that apply to you. The service is void where prohibited.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid memberships are billed by Stripe on a recurring weekly, monthly, or annual basis depending on the plan you choose, until canceled. You can cancel any time through the billing portal linked from your account page; cancellation stops future charges and your access continues through the end of the paid period. 5. Accounts & Acceptable Use

Memberships are for individual use. You may not share login access, redistribute, resell, scrape, or republish member content — including picks, composite scores, and analysis — without our written permission. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, data compilations, and methodology on LFG.Vegas are our property or licensed to us, and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LFG.Vegas and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including wagering losses — arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be noted on this page with a new "last updated" date.
